This is a soul food from Shizuoka, characterized by its jet-black soup made with a beef tendon base and dark soy sauce, and the "dashi powder" (dried sardine flakes and green laver) sprinkled on top as a finishing touch! A masterpiece with flavor that soaks all the way through♪
